We ship from Colorado Monday-Friday!

We currently only ship within the United States & Canada

If the order is placed during the weekend, the order will ship out the next business day. If orders are placed after 3:00 PM, the order will be shipped the following business day.

We hope that you love every single item purchased, but we do understand that sometimes you need to return an item. Please make sure that your return fits the requirements before sending. We have the right to refuse your returned item if it violates any of the requirements.

Customer is responsible for returning unwanted & unused items through our return portal listed in the main menu.

To receive a full refund, orders must be returned within 14 days of delivery date and must fit the return requirement.

Customers now have the option to purchase the free returns/exchanges add-on for $1.98 at checkout. Otherwise, customers are responsible for purchasing a return label through our new returns and exchanges portal here.

To receive store credit or be eligible for exchange, orders must be returned within 30 days of delivery date and fit the return requirements.

All items returned must be unworn with no makeup marks, no deodorant marks, no pet hair, no defects, no smells, or any other signs that the item has been used.

All items must have the tags still attached with the packing slip included. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return. We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. 

Final sale items, styles marked down 50% or more, bodysuits, accessories & hats are all FINAL SALE. No exceptions unless the product was damaged upon arrival.
