We hope you love everything you purchase from La Belle Boutique! We understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out, so we offer returns for a refund, store credit, or exchange on eligible items.
Please review our return policy below before starting your return.
Refunds:
To receive a refund to your original payment method, your return package must be dropped off and scanned by the shipping carrier within 14 days of delivery.
If you select a refund when submitting your return but your package is shipped after the 14-day refund window, your return will be issued as store credit instead, as long as it is shipped within our 30-day return window.
Store Credit & Exchanges:
Returns for store credit or an exchange must be dropped off and scanned by the shipping carrier within 30 days of delivery.
Starting a return or creating a return label does not extend your return window. Eligibility is based on the date your package is first scanned by the shipping carrier, not the date the return was submitted through our portal.
Returns shipped after 30 days will not be accepted.
All returns must be submitted through our online return portal, located in the main menu of our website.
Once your return is submitted, follow the return instructions provided and make sure your package is dropped off with the shipping carrier within the applicable return window.
Please keep your return tracking information until your return has been fully processed.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
If you purchased our $1.98 Store Credit & Exchange Add-On at checkout, return shipping is complimentary when you choose store credit or an exchange.
If you did not purchase the add-on, the cost of your return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returned items must be in their original condition.

Items purchased at one of our in-person events follow the same return windows, beginning on the date of purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 1–3 business days for your return to be inspected and processed.
After a refund has been issued, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
